The Insight Meditation Circle welcomes everyone with an interest in <\/span>learning about the teachings of the Buddha on wisdom, compassion and <\/span>mindfulness. All are welcome from beginners to those who wish to <\/span>deepen their practice. We strive to reflect the diversity of the Cape in <\/span>which we live, and our sangha is a place where everyone of different <\/span>ages, cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and <\/span>spiritual backgrounds is welcome.<\/span> We <\/span>acknowledge<\/span> we are occupying land <\/span>which was originally <\/span>the ancestral home of<\/span> the Nauset, Monomoy and <\/span>Wampanoag indigenous people.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
